While we are based in Orange County, CA, we support flexible work arrangements ranging from in-studio, hybrid, to fully remote throughout North America. Join our award-winning game development team and help create our next AAA title. We are seeking a Producer to work with our Maps teams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer and our Art and Design leaders. You will coordinate between groups, facilitate communication, and resolve roadblocks not only when they come to your attention, but before they become a reality. Responsibilities - Take ownership of map features from vision to ship, working with all departments to maintain product scope, timeboxing, and direction via an established roadmap - Take initiative to identify problems, establish facts, and propose solutions to senior leadership groups and development teams - Gather estimates and work with developers to routinely evaluate feature complexity and risk - Develop and coordinate quality assurance plans for maps features with development strike teams - Balance day to day maintenance with long-term planning; recognizing that production is not all about fighting immediate fires - Get to know your team: pace, velocity, progress, ownership.

    Know what a critical change can do to the schedule and work with the team and leads to determine what is best for the game - Advocate for your team; promote creative freedoms, commit to scope, and properly vet changes in direction - Maintain close communication with department leads - Take notes during meetings such as department syncs, map reviews, and content kickoffs, ensuring that information is broadcast and followed up on - Maintain high-level content and team documentation to keep departments inside and outside of the maps group informed of goals, status, and risks - Play the game; understand the current state of development and be able to speak to the status of maps Requirements - 3+ years’ experience in the games industry - Experience with scheduling tools and coordinating a project schedule - Experience in risk analysis and mitigation - Experience with multiple project management methodologies - Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all individuals; stays calm and focused under pressure - Capable of prioritization; able to manage several important items at once, and escalate challenges when needed, without allowing anything to be lost in the process Preferences - Proficiency in Jira and Confluence - Proficiency in Miro - Experience working with remote studios, contractors, or in a distributed work environment Benefits Some of the benefits and perks our employees get to enjoy, include: - 100% Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage for you and your family - 401k Matching - Profit Sharing Plan - Student Loan Repayment Plan / College Savings Plan - Career Improvement Plan - Flexible Work Arrangements - In-House, Hybrid, and Remote - Generous Time Off Policy - Company Events - In-Person Summer Family Bash + Halloween Party + Virtual Events - Fully Stocked Kitchen + Sponsored Food Trucks he estimated base pay range for this role is: $82,000—$115,000 USD We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
