- Undergraduate institution: Penn State University (non-ivy)
- Clinical experience: 400 hours scribe (heart and vascular ICU and pediatric ED), my research, and possibly my volunteering with PT but many seem to have conflicting opinions as to if it counts as pure clinical experience.
- Research experience: 1200 hours clinical research Parkinsons/anorexia (0 pubs). 415 hours molecular biology lab for gene editing and micropropagation of plants (0 pubs).
- 52 hours in emergency department of Penn State Health through highly selective research program (20% acceptance rate), shadowed 5 physicians.
- 60 hours flower delivery. I deliver flowers to the patients of Penn State Health. When I have no more flowers, I escort family and friends of patients to the rooms they are looking for (the hospital is maze-esque). 282 hours of PT assistant volunteering (this was during my kinesiology degree where I had originally wanted to be a PT).
- Other extracurricular activities: I lived in an ashram (Indian commune) during the summer of my freshman year (600 hours of work for the community).
I was an exercise physiologist for Penn State Health 390 hours. Guitar for 5000 hours self-taught
- Graduated w/ distinction (Magna Cum Laude degree in Kinesiology)
- I am currently working towards my degree in Biology and only have 6 classes to go. My tenure as an exercise physiologist, clinical research technologist, scribe, and flower delivery volunteering were all at Penn State Health
